Our Story
Restaurants and food industry was an area of great interest for us. We set out on a challenge to resolve gaps in the technology in restaurant industry, In this process we were led into building a world class reservation portal that seated more than 30 Million patrons across its clientele outlets. While we were able to resolve many of their front end challenges through technology, we came across bigger challenges that they were facing - kitchen operations, Staffing, Talent management, procurement, Pilferage, Wastage. Beyond these the biggest of the challenges were Scaling the operations and Expansion to many outlets in the city and beyond the city.
The hunt for solutions to above challenges led to the birth of Nostalgic Foods
Understanding and working with food and its art for years our culinary team understands the value of quality and nutrients over anything else. Putting the technology into food comes with its obstacles that the team has overcome and presented us with better, more luscious and consistent meals everyday.
